PE Log #8

Feb 15th Weight Room Workout (45 minutes)

My BI and I went to the weight room again today.  He was very pleased with my work and shared lots of videos and photos with my mum.

I was working on my rowing skills which help with my upper body and coordination.  This is one of my favourite things to do at the gym. I am getting faster and more efficient.

 

Feb 23 Hike in the Woods (45 minutes)
My mum and I went for a hike through the woods with dogs.  We have a new puppy and he is allowed to go on trails now.  My dogs love running.




Feb 25 Winter Activity Day Cadet (6 hours)
Today I went Snowshoeing 6 hrs, packing a backpack with supplies.  The 6 hours was interspersed with other training such as map and campass, improvised snow shelters, radio communication, first aid scenarios and leadership taskings.


Feb Review (3 hours)
I walked home from school 16 days this month and 2 days to school.  My sister had an injury so mum drove in the mornings.
